Why use a pe warm up wheel
Fourteen gentle warm-up moves are on the wheel, with no equipment needed. Spin one on a tablet or the gym screen, do it for 30 seconds, and repeat four or five times before the main activity.
Warm up a class with no planning
Spin five moves at the start of the lesson, and let a student call each one out.
Change up a team’s warm-up
Coaches can spin a new order each week, so it doesn’t feel the same every time.
Move indoors on a rainy day
Most of the moves fit beside a desk, for a class that can’t go outside.
This wheel wears the Spin Class theme: gym floor: rubber mats, chalk dust, a kettlebell hub and a stopwatch. Your own copy keeps it, or pick another wheel theme.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long should a PE warm-up be?
Five minutes or so is common. Four or five spins at 30 seconds each, with a short walk between, fills it.
Is the wheel really random?
Yes. Every entry has a slice of the same size, and where the wheel stops is picked with your browser’s cryptographically secure random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues), so nobody can predict or rig the result.
Can I change the entries on this wheel?
Yes. Click “Create your own warm-up picker” to save your own copy. You can then add, remove or rename entries, change the theme and spin settings, and share or embed your wheel.
Is it free?
Completely free, with no sign-up needed. Create a free account only if you want to keep your wheels together.
