Why use a DnD class wheel

All twelve core classes from the Player’s Handbook are already on the wheel with equal odds. Spin when you can’t decide what to play, or let every player at the table spin so a one-shot party comes out mixed.

This wheel wears the Spinitiative theme: roll for initiative: a parchment map, a dragon and a d20 for a hub. Your own copy keeps it, or pick another wheel theme.

How to use the DnD class wheel

  1. Click the wheel to spin it.
  2. Wait for it to slow down and stop on a random entry. The winner pops up on screen.
  3. Click “Hide & Respin” to take the winner out and spin again, so nothing is picked twice.

Where is the Artificer?

The Artificer comes from a supplement, not the Player’s Handbook. Click “Pick your classes” to add it, or any homebrew class your table uses.

Is the wheel really random?

Yes. Every entry has a slice of the same size, and where the wheel stops is picked with your browser’s cryptographically secure random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues), so nobody can predict or rig the result.

Can I change the entries on this wheel?
